WHITLEY BAY GENERAL FAQS
- Owners are responsible for tenants/guests on the property. All tenants and guests must comply with Whitley Bay’s governing documents and rules. The lease shall be for a term of no less than 6 months.
- Two (2) pets, not exceeding thirty five (35) pounds each, shall be kept in the owner’s unit.
- The COA fees covers the following amenities: common area electricity, maintenance of common areas, all water, Spectrum TV/Internet, landscaping, pool, spa, and community room. The community request all residents to be mindful of water usage and to ensure no leaks in their unit.
- Homeowners are required to provide keys to the association in case of an emergency.
