Pelican Point is an amazing place to live. With a heated pool, tennis court, pickleball court, dolphin watching, a clubhouse with many social activities, and the new Titus Landing mall just across the street, Pelican Point is a very desirable place to live!

 

The 2023 maintenance fee is $390.00 per unit per month. This includes 2 cable set top boxes with over 100 channels, 100 mgbs of internet service with wifi, water, sewer, trash, exterior building insurance, and fully-funded reserve savings to cover upcoming repairs and replacements.

 

Laundry facilities are on-site. Two washers and two dryers are on each floor, near the elevator. These appliances may not be installed inside individual units. Each unit has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with most units having a view of the water.

PELICAN POINT GENERAL FAQS

  • Owners are responsible for tenants/guest on the property. All tenants and guest must comply with Bayside’s governing documents and rules.  The lease shall be for a term of no less than 1 month.
  • Two (2) pets, not exceeding twenty-four (24) pounds each shall be kept in the owner’s unit.
  • The COA fees covers the following amenities: common area electric, maintenance of common areas, all  water, Spectrum TV/Internet, landscaping, pool, clubhouse and dock. The community request all residents to be mindful of water usage and to ensure no leaks in their unit.
  • Homeowners are required to provide keys to the association in case of an emergency.
