Club Haciendas is a total 108 condominium units. Nestled in the lovely La Cita Golf and Country Club at the Haciendas your home away from home is only moments away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and historic downtown Titusville. Just around the corner is a large farm market where you can enjoy some of Florida’s freshest produce. A short drive down the road takes you to US 1 and the Indian River. Cocoa Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea World and other attractions are a mere 25 to 45 minute scenic drive away.

 

La Cita Golf & Country Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Titusville, Florida. La Cita Golf & Country Club first opened for play in 1983. The course was a design collaboration of Ron Garl and Lee Trevino. La Cita Golf Course features tree-lined fairways that require shot accuracy especially from off the tee boxes. Water hazards come into play on fourteen holes. This championship golf course is a traditional blend of manicured turf, decorative landscapes, and native woodlands. Mature trees line the fairways and all but four holes are affected by the numerous but scenic lakes. White egrets, sandhill cranes, ospreys, hawks, and eagles are commonly found throughout the 120-acre layout.

CLUB HACIENDAS GENERAL FAQS

There is one pool within the community and a functional and well-used pool house. As of January 1, 2023 the monthly dues are $495.00.

 

  • Owners are responsible for tenants/guest on the property. All tenants and guest must comply with  governing documents and rules.  The lease shall be for a term of no less than 1 month.
  • One (1) pet, not exceeding twenty-five  (25) pounds each shall be kept in the owner’s unit.
  • The COA fees covers the following amenities: common area electric, maintenance of common areas, all  water, Spectrum TV/Internet, landscaping, pool, and poorhouse. The community request all residents to be mindful of water usage and to ensure no leaks in their unit.
  • Homeowners are required to provide keys to the association in case of an emergency.
