Banana Bay consists of 2 high-rise buildings on the Banana River, and twenty-two (22) townhome buildings housing four 2-story units in each building. Townhome residents have covered parking, and condo units have enclosed single-car garages.

Banana Bay General FAQs

Community is walking distance from Publix, the Beach and local residences. There are two pools within the community. Many social activities in the newly renovated and  well-used clubhouse. Residents share a communal  designated vegetable gardens on a portion of the common grounds, and the property has a beautiful kayak storage area with an inlet to easily enter the water and paddle around the beautiful islands.


  • Owners are responsible for tenants/guest on the property. All tenants and guest must comply with Bayside’s governing documents and rules.  The lease shall be for a term of no less than 1 month.
  • Two (2) pets, not exceeding thirty (30) pounds each shall be kept in the owner’s unit.
  • The COA fees covers the following amenities: common area electric, maintenance of common areas, all  water, Spectrum TV/Internet, landscaping, pool, clubhouse and dock. The community request all residents to be mindful of water usage and to ensure no leaks in their unit.
  • Homeowners are required to provide keys to the association in case of an emergency.

Banana Bay has been approved for the reduced interest rate of the FHA Approved Reverse Mortgages. The criteria were fairly rigorous and Banana Bay’s financial status has passed their scrutiny.
