Island Cove Condos were incorporated in early 1999. There are 42 units and all pay monthly fees based on their square footage. Phase 1, Building 343 “A”, has 31 condominium units on 4 floors, with 5 different floor plans. This mid-rise condo has 1 elevator. Building 333 “B” has 11 townhome units with 5 more floor plans and 1 elevator that services 2 second-floor units.

ISLAND COVE GENERAL FAQS

  • Owners are responsible for tenants/guest on the property. All tenants and guest must comply with governing documents and rules.  The lease shall be for a term of no less than 6 months.
  • One (1) pet, not exceeding thirty-five (35) pounds shall be kept in the owner’s unit.
  • The COA fees covers the following amenities: common area electric, maintenance of common areas, all  water, Spectrum TV/Internet, landscaping, pool, clubhouse and dock. The community request all residents to be mindful of water usage and to ensure no leaks in their unit.
  • Homeowners are required to provide keys to the association in case of an emergency.
