VILLAGE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION

Village Square is a beautiful community of 12 buildings and the club house situated in a tree-filled area of Titusville, less than 4 miles from the Indian River. Residents can drive, walk or bike down to the river where there is fishing, boating and watching rockets take off from the NASA Space Center right across the water from Harrison Street.

Village Square has a clubhouse that is used for many social activities, including parties for the residents at almost every holiday of the year. The clubhouse looks out over the pool, and is a social gathering place.

VILLAGE SQUARE GENERAL FAQS

One grocery store, a pharmacy, a restaurant and other small shops are within walking distance of Village Square. It is a beautiful place to call home. Each unit has its own parking space, and there are guest spots as well. Starting January 1, 2023 the monthly dues are $245 per month.

  • Pest control and trash pick up are included in the monthly fee, but others utilities such as water, power and cable are not a part of this community’s amenities. Residents have to contact the city of Titusville for a water/sewer account, and Florida Power & Light for electricity. Local cable and internet providers are Spectrum & AT&T. Village Square has fully-funded reserves, and the buildings and grounds are well maintained.
  • There are weight limits on pets. A maximum 2 pets per unit are allowed, but both may be no larger than 14 inches in height at the shoulder at maturity.
  • Village Square also has a minimum rental period of one month, with no more than 3 leases in a one-year period. Owners must be a homeowner for a minimum of 1 year prior to renting. Both tenants and buyers must go through an approval process. Each resident or deed holder must complete the paperwork (forms for both tenants and owners are on the left side of this page) and pay the application fee of $50 per person. Once the background check is completed, there will be an interview of the prospective buyers or tenants with board members.

Understanding and complying with the rules of the Association are important, so we ask that you read the rules through before applying, to be sure you can honor them.
