Harbor Oaks Condominium - The Oaks

 Stirring sunsets, rousing rocket launches, close to major transportation hubs-- all in a bucolic setting on the Banana River-Harbor Oaks Condominiums boasts manicured grounds, lighted ponds and fountains, heated pool and exercise facility. 


 The  community consist of 110 units in the condominiums complex, providing an eclectic skyline and luxurious landscaping. There are 5 two-story buildings totaling 60 units and 2 midrise buildings totaling 50 units. The heated swimming pools is a year-round social event and the clubhouse has seating for gatherings. Our friendly neighbors and your board of directors welcome you to our community. 


Starting January 1, 2023, monthly fees are $505 per unit.

GENERAL COMMUNITY FAQ

There are two pools within the community and a functional and well-used clubhouse. The property has a beautiful kayak area with an inlet to easily enter the water and paddle around the beautiful islands. 


  • Owners are responsible for tenants/guest on the property. All tenants and guest must comply with governing documents and rules.  The lease shall be for a term of no less than 3 months. 
  • Two (2) pets either 1 dog and 1 cat OR 2 cats, not exceeding twenty (20) pounds each shall be kept in the owner's unit. 
  • The COA fees covers the following amenities: common area electric, maintenance of common areas, all units water, landscaping, pool, clubhouse and seawall. The community request all residents to be mindful of water usage and to ensure no leaks in their unit.
  • Homeowners are required to provide keys to the association in case of an emergency.


All governing documents, minutes, financial reports, wind mitigation reports, forms, and newsletters are readily available through your homeowner portal under "Shared Documents".
