Jennifer Vo
As the company president, Jennifer Vo, oversees all aspects of management and bookkeeping. She is licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as both a Community Association Manager and a licensed Florida Real Estate agent.
Jennifer moved to Merritt Island, Florida in 2017 from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to manage privately owned commercial shopping centers and residential units. With incredible support from her mentor, this led her to found Clover Key, Inc. (CKI). Jennifer has had experience in insurance claims exceeding $100,000. She has experience in performing many different undertakings including but not limited to concrete restoration projects, painting, asphalt paving, and structural repairs. She has portfolio manager and performed bookkeeping involving multiple properties located in Brevard County.
